摘要
本文经蜡油和渣油催化裂化反应实验和参数估计,确定气体烃生成反应动力学模型参数、原料油组成的关联系数和活化能参数,建立了催化裂化气体烃生成反应动力学模型。统计检验结果表明,所建模型具有较高的计算精度。
The purpose of this paper is to develop the kinetic models of formation of gas hydrocarbons for catalytic cracking Cracking reactions of gas oils and residues were conducted on commercial zeolite catalysts in a fixedfluidized reactor In order to develop the kinetic models, constants correlating with structural group compositions of gas oil and vacuum residue, activation energies and other parameters involved in the kinetic models were determined by a parameter estimation method The results of statistic analysis point out that every kinetic model of formation of gas hydrocarbon for catalytic cracking has high calculating precision
