子产改革和梭伦立法中对待贵族的政策在体现出共性的同时,也存在较大的差异。这种差异是由改革时社会危机侧重点、阶级力量的对比、两人经历以及获取权利方式上的不同等因素决定的。而政策的不同对两国又产生了不同的影响。

The article compares the similarities and differences of policy on the nobles in Zi-Chan and Solon＇ s legislation. The author holds that its policy has great differences as well as similarities. The differences result from many factors including divergence in the social crises and class strength as well as the discrepancy in the experience and ways of gaining power of the two men. This differences result in different influences to its country.
