深井高粘稠油水平井酸化技术研究与应用

摘要 吐哈油田稠油埋藏深、粘度高,胶质、沥青质含量高,水平井污染伤害差异大,处理层段长,酸化增产技术难度较大。针对稠油水平井酸化研究出了缓速性能强、防腐效果好、低酸渣的泡沫酸酸液,通过泡沫本身的转向作用实现暂堵酸化。同时,针对水平井生产层段长,酸液在生产层段的合理分布困难的问题,酸化工艺采用多点注入,现场应用效果显著,解决了吐哈油田稠油水平井酸化的技术难题,也为国内同类稠油油藏的增产提供了宝贵的经验。 Heavy oil in Tuha oilfield is buried deeply with high viscosity and high content of colloid and asphaltene. Various contamination damage of horizontal well and long treating interval caused great technologic difficulty for acidizing. As for acidizing in heavy oil of horizontal well, foamed acid fluid with the characteristics of high capability of retarding, good effectiveness of corrosion prevention and less acid sludge was studied. Meanwhile, as for the problems like long production interval and acid fluid can not distribute reasonably in production interval, multi - spot injection was adopted in acidizing technology. Its field application effect is significant, it not only overcame the difficult problem in acidizing technique, but also provided valuable experience for increasing production of similar heavy oil reservoir in China.
