摘要
吐哈油田目前已配备了"Y341-115+Y241-115"、"Y221-115+Y111-115"双封隔器分层压裂两层以及"Y211+滑套"单封隔器分层压裂两层几种分层压裂工艺管柱,但以上几种工艺管柱普遍存在两级封隔器无法实现同时验封。针对以上分层压裂工艺管柱的技术缺陷,开发研制出以"Y511+Y453封隔器为核心"的分层压裂工艺管柱,并成功实现了现场应用。
Several stratified fracturing strings such as double -packer of ＂Y341 - 115 ＋ Y241 - 115＂ and ＂ Y221 -115 ＋ Ylll -115＂ and single- packer of ＂Y211 ＋ sliding sleeve＂ have been matched in Tuha oilfield, but these strings exist a common problem that can not check and close packers in two stages at the same time. The string between the packers will bend by the pressure of the string while fracturing sublayer. In view of these technology problems, the packer of ＂Y511 ＋ Y453＂ is developed successfully.
