摘要 阐述了传统晶闸管恒流恒压装置的不足和改进后恒流恒压智能模块中利用霍尔传感器等四大优点,并举典型实例蓄电池充放电、基本稳压稳流电源、恒流恒压三相分离控制模块、直流电机恒压调速,进一步论证晶闸管恒流恒压控制模块是高度集成的反馈控制稳流稳压系统,内置大功率晶闸管芯片、移相控制电路、反馈控制电路、保护电路和线性电压、电流传感器.该模块能在控制信号控制下完成恒流恒压功能,可由用户按要求设置恒流、恒压的先后顺序,具有过流、过压、缺相保护,保证用电设备和模块安全. After elabrating the insufficiency of the traditional thyristor installment of constant current and constant voltage,and the four merits of using the Hall sensor in the improved intelligence module of the constant current and constant voltage.Simultaneously giveng the typical examples as the charging and discharging accumulator cell,the basic constant voltage stationary stream power source,the three-phase separation controlled module of the constant current and constant voltage,the constant voltage velocity operation of the direct current machine.Which proves on further that the controlled thyristor modue of constant current and constant voltage is the highly integrated system of the stationary stream and constant voltage in the reaction control.In which setted by the thyristor chip at the high efficiency,the controlled circuit of shifting phases,the controlled electic circuit of reation.So as to protect the circuit,the linear voltage and the electric current sensor.The module′s function of constant current and constant voltage can be accomplished under the control of the controlled singals.The consumer can enterpose constant current and constant voltage in proper order.This can protect from overcurrent,overvoltage,shortage of phases.And make the power equipment and the module safe.
