摘要
目的掌握我国老年听力残疾人群的现状及流行病学特征,提出适合我国国情的听力残疾防治对策。方法对第二次全国残疾人抽样调查数据进行流行病学分析,描述人群的分布特征。结果老年听力残疾现残率为11.04%,残疾等级以三、四级为主,占79.13%;致残原因中,老年性耳聋占66.87%,原因不明性耳聋占8.91%,中耳炎占8.62%。结论加强听力相关疾病的预防和治疗,降低听力残疾发生风险,对提高老年人生活质量有重要意义。
Objective To understand the current status and epidemiological characteristics of aged people with hearing loss in China and further develop the strategies and measures to prevent age-related hearing loss according to China＇s national conditions. Methods The data of the Second China National Sample Survey on Disability were statistically analyzed to describe the distribution characteristics. Results The prevalence rate of age-related hearing loss was 11.04%. Grade three and four hearing loss accounted for 79.13%. The hearing loss of aged people was mainly due to presbycusis, accounting for 66.87%; hearing loss due to unknown causes for 8.91%; tympanitis making up 8.62%. Conclusion It is meaningful to enhance the prevention and treatment for hearing diseases and reduce the risk of hearing loss for improving the quality of life for the aged people.
