卡前列甲酯栓与盐酸利多卡因注射液用于人工流产术的临床观察

The clinical observation of carboprost methylate suppositories and Lidocaine hydrochloride injection used for induced abortion

目的观察卡前列甲酯栓与盐酸利多卡因注射液用于人工流产术的临床效果。方法怀孕5-9周患者114例,随机分为两组,卡前列甲酯栓组(58例)于人工流产术前30分钟舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓0.5mg,利多卡因组(56例)宫颈注射盐酸利多卡因注射液,比较两组人工流产术中的镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度、手术时间、出血量以及出现的不良反应。结果卡前列甲酯栓组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度优于利多卡因组,且未出现不良反应。两组的手术时间、出血量比较差异无显著性。结论人工流产术前舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓0.5mg,更简便安全,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of carboprost methylate suppositories and Lidocaine hydrochlofide injection used for induced abortion.Methods Be pregnant for 5-9 weeks, sufferer＇s 114, was divided randomly into 2 groups, the Carboprost methylate suppositories （58） was to be contained to take 0.Stag that on the bottom of the tongue thirty minutes before the induced abortion. The Lidoeaine hydroehloride injection group（56） injected Lidoeaine hydroehloride injection on the cervical, compared the two groups of the effect of relieve pain, degree of tightnes of cervical ,surgical operation the bleed quantity and bad reaction.Results The effect of relieve pain, degree of tighness of cervical of the Carboprost methylate suppositories set were better than Lidocaine hydrochloride injection group, and did not appear bad reaction, and two groups were notable in surgical operation time, and bleed quantity. Conclusion Contain to take the Carboprost methylate suppositories on the bottom of the tongue 0.5rag before the induced abortion is more simple, safety, the effect is apparent and it is worth to be spread.
