摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定桑白皮中抗病毒活性成分桑酮G的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸水(65∶35),流速为1.0mL.min^-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为38℃。结果桑酮G在0.025-0.5μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为1.85%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于桑白皮中抗病毒活性成分桑酮G含量的测定。 Objective To develop an HPLC method for the determination of kuwanon G in the barks of Morus alba L. Methods A Kromasil C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm , 5 μm) with a solvent system consisting of methanol- 0.5% glacial acetic acid water (35 : 65) was used with a flow rate of 1.0mL · min ^-1 and the detective wavelength was 280 nm. The column temperature was 38 ℃. Results The kuwanon G curve showed good linearity within 0. 025-0.5μg (r=0. 999 8). The average recovery of kuwanon G was 99. 77%with RSD of 1. 850/40 (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and can be used to determine kuwanon G with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
