高效液相色谱法测定桂灵胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Guiling capsules by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定桂灵胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法采用HPLC法,Diamonsil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.01mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至2.5)-乙腈(95∶5),流速为1.0mL·min-1,紫外检测波长为210nm,柱温为室温。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.132～1.191μg线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.23%,RSD=0.78%。结论本方法准确、简便、快速,可作为桂灵胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Guiling capsules.Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content.The column was Diamonsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and the mobile phase:0.01 moL·L-1 potassiun dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrine(pH adjusted to 2.5 with phosphoric acid)(95∶5).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength was 210 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear within 0.132～1.191 μg for ephedrine hydrochloride,the average recovery was 99.23% with RSD=0.78%.Conclusion The method is accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Guiling capsules.
