鸡新城疫CS_2实验疫苗的生产及鉴定

Production and Identification of the Newcastle Disease Virus CS 2 Strain Experimental Vaccine

应用ＳＰＦ鸡胚生产出３批ＣＳ２实验疫苗，疫苗的病毒价≥１０８．５ＥＬＤ５０／ｍｌ。对２月龄小鸡的最低免疫量（ＭＩＤ）为３～３０ＥＬＤ５０。据此，作者们建议对此种小鸡的实用免疫剂量为１０５ＥＬＤ５０。对这３批疫苗的实验结果显示：１０倍的剂量（即１０６ＥＬＤ５０）对鸡不引起任何不正常现象。免疫持续期达１２个月以上。在２～８℃和－１５℃中分别保存９和２４个月效力不变。

Three lots of CS 2 vaccine were produced in laboratory using SPF chicken eggs. The virus titers of these vaccines were ≥ 10 8.5 ELD 50 /ml. Their minimun immunity dose for 2 months old chickens were 3￣30 ELD 50 . On this basis the authors suggested that the vaccination dose for chickens of 2 monthes old was 10 5 ELD 50 . The results of inoculating chickens with these lots demonstrated that 10 times of the dose (i.e.10 6 ELD 50 ) caused no any abnormality in birds; the duration of protection for chickens were more than 12 months,and the potency of vaccine were maintained unchageably after storage the freeze drying culture in 2￣8℃ and -15℃ for 9 and 24 months respectively.
