Determination of Feed Grade Chlortracycline HCl with High Perfomance Liquid Chromatographic Method

本实验用高效液相色谱法测定饲料级金霉素的含量，该方法色谱条件为Ｓｈｉｍ－ｐａｋＣＬＣ－ＣＮ色谱柱，乙腈－水（含０．２０％草酸）（２０∶８０）为流动相，流速为１．０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，紫外检测器，波长为３６５ｎｍ，平均回收率为９６．３６％，变异系数为０．３１％。

This paper described the use of high performance liquid chromatograph to determine chlortetracycline HCl in feed, this method used shimpad CLC CN Column, acetonitrile/water (20:80) as mobile phase with the speed of 1. oml/min, Waters UVdetector, wavelength 365nm. The correlation coefficieent of calibration curve was 0.99985,average recovery 96 36% and relative standard error 0.30.
