2型糖尿病的相关基因多态性的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)即2型糖尿病是一种多基因遗传性疾病,其遗传表型具有很大的异质性,是以胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能缺陷两方面为主要特征。2型糖尿病的病因和发病机理复杂,至今尚未完全阐明,一般认为该病具有遗传倾向,所引起的代谢紊乱是遗传因素和环境因素共同参与或相互作用的结果。在诸多危险因素中遗传因素的作用最为突出,目前已经发现有不同种族的多个基因与2型糖尿病关联。
