摘要
通过六面顶压机的金刚石合成实验,分析和讨论了高压腔体尺寸匹配、顶锤角度、原材料中的叶蜡石对金刚石合成稳定性的影响。结果表明:(1)叶蜡石压缩后多棱体体积相对于顶锤封闭后多棱体体积的变化值λ≥29.49%、叶蜡石压缩后斜面部分根部最大值△小于3.316mm,金刚石合成不能稳定进行;(2)顶锤小斜面角度在42°-40°范围内,每减少0.5°,合成总压力增加6%左右,同时,顶锤使用寿命也有所缩短,合成稳定性差;(3)在复合叶蜡石中,白云石内衬材料的使用,提高了金刚石合成的稳定性;(4)叶蜡石焙烧温度超过400℃,合成压力高,合成稳定性不好。
The effects of the synthesizing stability of diamond were analyzed and investigated based on the matching of the synthesizing chamber dimension, angle of anvil and the pyrophyllite block by the experiments of the diamond synthesizing in the cubic press. The results showed that: (1). The process of diamond synthesizing can not be finished stably when h was equal to or over 29.49% , or if A was less than 3. 316mm; (2) The overall synthesizing pressure increasesd by about 6% whenever the little incline angle of anvil within 42°-40° is diminished by 0.5°, and the life span of anvil was shortened and the synthesizing stabilization was reduced ; ( 3 ) The complex pyrophyllite with dolomite as inner liner can improve the synthesizing stabilization of diamond;(4 )when the bake temperature was over 400℃, the synthesizing pressure was high and the synthesizing stability was poor.
