摘要 CVD金刚石具有很高的热导率、良好的热稳定性和极高的耐磨性,非常适合制作砂轮修整工具;本文通过砂轮修整试验研究了在CVD金刚石砂轮修整工具应用过程中,修整导程、CVD金刚石修整截面面积和CVD金刚石磨耗比等对其使用寿命的影响。研究结果表明,在保证砂轮的锋利度的情况下,使用较小的修整导程,可以延长修整工具的使用寿命;增大CVD金刚石的修整截面面积,有利于提高修整工具的寿命,但修整截面过大,砂轮的锋利度会降低;CVD金刚石的磨耗比对修整工具寿命没有明显影响,但修整效果有明显区别。在实际应用过程中,要根据所修整的砂轮的类型和修整要求,选用适当的修整参数,使CVD金刚石修整工具发挥其最佳作用。 CVD diamond film has high thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability and high abrasion resistance, so it is very suitable for dressing application. Through the dressing test, it is found that the dressing lead of the grinding machine, the dressing cross-section of CVD diamond log and its abrasion ratio have an effect on dresser life and dressing quality. The results show that, while ensuring the cutting edge sharpness of the wheel,low dressing lead of the grinding machine can improve the dresser life ; increasing the dressing crosssection area of the CVD diamond log helped to improve the dresser life, but the cutting edge sharpness of the wheel was reduced when the cross-section area was much too large; the abrasion ratio didn't have an obvious effect on the dresser life, but the dressing quality was different obviously. In practical application, to make full use of the CVD diamond dresser, selection of suitable dressing parameters is very important, it should be based on the type of grinding wheel and the required dressing effect.
