摘要
本研究采用双面动平衡理论,建立了宽砂轮回转状态力学模型,得出了合理设计机械结构尺寸和机电量转换的重要参数K1、K2、K3、K4。宽砂轮立式动平衡机由铸铁底座,左、右立板和全封闭薄钢板组成,它具有外形美观,刚性强,吸振性好和传动系统封闭工作环境等优点。系统由机械和电气两部分组成,产品对成形磨削锭子锭杆的CBN(立方氮化硼)砂轮(500×400)进行动平衡,使磨削锭杆的粗糙度达到Ra0.4μm,精度达到IT4内,完全满足了锭杆的质量要求,本机中装砂轮的定位杆根据零件孔径不同可更换,完全可满足其它宽砂轮和宽零件的动平衡要求。
According to the dynamic balancing theory of double face balance, the mechanics model when wide abrasive wheel in revolution was established in this research, the machinery structure dimensions and the important parameters K1, K2, K3, K4 of the electromechanical transverse of the design were obtained . Wide wheel vertical dynamic balancing machine consisted of iron frame, left and right vertical plate and the wholly covered steel plate. It has the advantages of beauty in appearance, strong stiffness, and good at absorbing vibration and transmission system in a closed working condition. The system consisted of two parts namely mechanical and electricity. The tasks of this machine is dynamic balancing of CBN grinding wheel (Ф800×400) used for form grinding the spindle and its bar. The quality requirement of the spindle can be satisfied because the ground wotkpiece surface roughness can reach Ra0.4μm, and the precision can be IT4. The locating bar when assembly abrasive wheel can be changed according to the different hole diameters of the parts. So it can certainly satisfy the dynamic balancing requirement of other kinds of wide wheel and wide parts.
