摘要 根据黄柏河流域水库群供水、灌溉、发电综合利用3个目标的用水优先权,在满足供水和灌溉的总用水量要求的前提下,采用约束法将多目标转化为系统发电效益最大的单目标,建立了优化调度模型.在分析了3个目标用水特征的基础上,采用聚合分解的思想,以共同的平均发电耗水率指标将多决策问题聚合为单决策问题,对总用水量在时间上进行了优化分配.随后,结合电力系统日负荷特征,对总用水量在空间上进行了分解.计算结果表明,在协调好矛盾的同时,较大程度上提高了系统的经济效益,可为相似流域提供参考. The reservoir group of Huangbo River Basin is a complex system for the comprehensive water resources utilizations, which are water supply, irrigation and power generation. According to the wateruse priorities of the above-mentioned three objectives and also under the premise of meeting the total water need for water supply and irrigation, the multiple objectives can be transformed into a single objective of the maximum benefit of system's power generation, for which an optimal scheduling model is established. Through analyzing the water utilization characteristics of three goals, the aggregation and disaggregation methods are adopted to aggregate the multi-decision problem into a single-decision problem with the average electricity consumption rate being an indicator, which is then used for the optimal distribution of the total available water among the different periods. Finally, the total water need is also decomposed in the spatial domain, with the consideration of the daily load characteristics of the power system. The result has shown that the model proposed can coordinate the three objectives rather well and raise the economic benefit of the system to a large extent.
