摘要
论述了洞庭湖分蓄洪区实时洪水调度系统的开发目标、系统的结构和组成及洪水调度主模块的建立.采用现代软件工程理论,嵌入组件化的洪水调度模型,并与地理信息系统相集成,建立了功能强大的洞庭湖洪水实时调度系统.该系统界面友好,操作简单,易于扩展和集成到其他系统中,能根据不断更新的短期来水预报,进行洪水"预报—分析—计算—决策—实施—校正"的前向卷动实时调度,从而为防洪实时调度决策提供技术支持.
The master design of real-time flood control system of storage and detention basin in the Dongting Lake, construction and composition of the system, establishment of flood control module are described. The real-time flood control system is established by introducing modern software engineering, and embedding flood control model based on COM technique and integrating geographic information sys- tem. The system has friendly interface and simple operation; and it is easy to embed in other system and can carry out real-time flood control process including "forecast-analysis-computation-decision-implementation- emendation" by new flood forecast production so as to provide technical support for realtime flood control decision.
