摘要
以某SUV汽车线束设计为例,阐述了从汽车整车电气原理到2D线束转化设计的一般流程、设计原则、原材料的选取、线束保护设计以及2D线束图的绘制等。把汽车电气原理设计、3D模拟仿真设计和2D线束设计连贯起来形成同一思路,避免线束在工作和装配中出现冲突、干涉等不良现象。
The common flow, design principle, material selection, circuit protection and wire harness drawing in the conversion design from electrical principle to 2D wire harness are elaborated. To avoid the conflict, interference and other malfunctions during work or assembly, the electrical principle design, 3D simulation design and 2D wire harness design should be integrated.
