高强度聚焦超声治疗对前列腺癌患者机体免疫功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨经直肠高强度聚焦超声治疗对前列腺癌患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法采用经直肠高强度聚焦超声对32例前列腺癌患者进行治疗,分别取治疗前和治疗后2周前列腺癌患者外周血6ml,检测T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+);外周血Th细胞因子(IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-10)。结果经直肠高强度聚焦超声治疗后与治疗前相比,患者外周血CD4+T细胞数量百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值明显升高(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞数量百分比明显下降(P<0.05);细胞因子IL-2、IFN-γ水平明显增高(P<0.05),而IL-4,IL-10水平明显降低(P<0.01)。结论经直肠高强度聚焦超声治疗前列腺癌可以在近期内改善患者机体免疫功能。
