裤腰式带瓣膜段自体移植治疗下肢深静脉功能不全 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨用带瓣裤腰式腋静脉段自体移植治疗下肢静脉瓣膜功能不全的临床疗效。方法对44例(47条下肢)深静脉瓣膜功能不全患者行带瓣腋静脉段自体移植术。结果47条中治愈20条(42.5%),有效25条(53.2%),无效2条(4.3%)。结论褲腰式带瓣膜段自体移植治疗下肢深静脉功能不全疗效确切,手术方法安全。
