前照灯的技术状况直接关系到摩托车骑乘者的人身安全,摩托车前照灯只有在发光强度高、亮度充分、照射方向适合的情况下,才能保证骑乘者安全骑乘,利用仪器法检测前照灯的发光强度和光束照射位置是实现摩托车安全驾驶的必要手段。
The technical condition of a headlamp has a direct bearing on personal safety of the motorcycle rider（s）, only the luminous intensity, light intensity and illuminating direction are under proper circumstances, can the rider＇ s safety be assured. And to this end, it is necessary to detect the luminous intensity and the light beam illuminating position of the headlamp according to the law of instruments.
