摘要
仙人掌具有较高的食用和药用价值,西瓜清凉多汁是夏季人们主要的消暑水果。在分析这二种水果成分的基础上,通过正交试验确定2种汁液的最佳配比,然后经过合理的调配,研制出具有营养和保健双重功效的饮料。
Cactus has good dietary and medicinal properties, and, being refreshing and juicy, watermelon is one of the main summer-heat removing fruits. Based upon the analysis of the composition of the two fruits, a nourishing and healthcare beverage was developed through determining the optimum ratio of the two juices by orthogonal experiments and carrying out rational formulation.
