基于循环经济理念的生态工业园区改造途径分析——以新疆米东区化工工业园为例

An Analysis of Transformation of Eco-industrial Park Based on Circular Economy

发展生态工业园区是节约资源和缓解环境压力的有效途径,而以循环经济的理念对不同类型工业园区进行改造,是推进循环经济发展的主要途径。本文认为,对各种类型的工业园区应进行循环经济改造规划,在园区中形成能源、物料的循环利用网络,建立不同生产环节间物料的闭路循环生态链条,通过废物资源化利用,实现工业废物的低排放甚至零排放。

Developing the eco- industrial park is an effective way to save the resources and alleviate the environment pressure. Using circular economy to transform different types of industrial parks is the main pathway to advance the development of circular economy. Therefore, the idea should be applied to each type of industrial park to form network of energy and material recycling in the park, establish closed circuit ecology chain of different produces, and realize low discharge or even zero discharge of industrial waste.
