电路理论具有教学面广、信息量大、实践性强等特点。为了适应社会对人才能力与素质的新要求,在开发多媒体课件和开展多媒体教学的基础上,研制开发了基于Web的电路理论课程网上学习系统。该系统的主要特点是:交互能力强、界面友好、结构清晰、操作方便、功能齐全、易于扩充和维护;项目开发运行条件及技术方法符合现代远程教育资源建设规范标准;网络课件功能较为完善,能满足网络教学的不同要求。

The course ＂Electrical Circuit Theory＂, designed for students of various backgrounds, is characterized by heavy load of information and strong relation with practice. To satisfy new requirements of the society on the cultivation of talents, a web-based system for online learning of the course ＂Electrical Circuit Theory＂ is developed on the basis of multimedia courseware and multimedia instruction.
