摘要
目的观察米非司酮对滋养叶细胞P-糖蛋白(p-glycoprotein P-gp)表达的影响方法应用免疫组织化学方法,对30例药物流产的绒毛组织进行P-gp染色,取30例人工流产的绒毛组织作为对照。结果人工流产标本中的绒毛上皮的P-gp表达全部呈强阳性。而药物流产的绒毛90%表(P<0.01)达呈弱阳性。结论米非司酮抑制P-gp的表达提示该药可能将作为化疗增效剂试用于临床。
Objective To observe the influence of mifepristone on expression of P-gp in trophoblastic cells.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of p-glycoprotein （P-gp） in chorion obtained from 30 cases of artificial abortion by taking mifepristone,another 30 cases of artificial abortion with aspiration were detected as controls.Results All the trophoblastic cells of chorion from aspiration expressed a stronger staining of p-gp,whereas the expression of P-gp in 90% of those with mifepristone treatment was much weaker（P〈0.01）,Conclusion The inhibition function of mifepristone on trophoblastic cells suggests that this drug may be used to improve the efficiency of chemotherapy.
