摘要 急性肺损伤(ALI)和慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是最常见的呼吸系统疾病,其确切发病机制尚不明确,氧化损伤在其发病过程中发挥了重要作用。该文对近年来ALI和COPD的氧化与抗氧化作用机制的研究进展作一综述。 Oxidative damage is known to play an important role in the morbility of acute lung injury (ALI) and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD), the two most frequent diseases of respiratory system, of which precise nosogenesis remain indefinite.In this article,progress in research on the mechanism of oxidation and antioxidation in ALI and COPD in recent years is reviewed.
