内生场热疗结合化疗治疗晚期肺癌(腺癌)

目的观察内生场热疗结合化疗治疗晚期肺癌(腺癌)中的疗效。方法将68例晚期肺癌(腺癌)患者随即分为两组:A组(36例),采用化疗结合内生场热疗;B组(32),采用单纯化疗。结果A组有效率72.1%(26/36),明显高于B组46.8%(15/32,P<0.08),毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制,且A组低于B组。结论内生场热疗结合化疗治疗晚期肺癌(腺癌)疗效明显优于单纯化疗,且毒副反应小。

[Objective] To evalucate the curative effect of endogenetic field tumor thermotherapy （EFTH） for advanced lung cancer （adenocarcinoma）. [Methods] 68 patients with advanced lung cancer were divided into two groups at random. Group A： 36 patients were treated by combining chemotherapy and EFTH. Group B： 32 Patients were only treated by chemotherapy. [Result] The effective power of group A was 72.22% （26/36）, and the one of group B was 46.87%（15/32）.Their difference was significant. The main side effect was myelosuppression, and the one of group A was less than group B. [Conclusion] The curative effect of combining chemotherapy and EFTH is better than only using chemotherapy. Side effect of combining chemotherapy and EFTH is less.
