光动力学疗法关于治疗晚期胃癌的疗效

Therapeutic effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) in treatment of late-stage gastric carcinoma

目的前瞻性研究光动力学疗法治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效和远期疗效。方法对140例病理确诊的绝大多数为晚期胃癌患者进行光动力学疗法。结果近期总有效率为89.3%(P<0.005)。远期疗效:全部患者已随访半年至17年,已有139例死亡,1例健在,并在继续随访中。结论光动力学疗法治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效较好,远期疗效不够乐观。

[Objective]To explore the short-term and long-term therapeutic effect of PDT in the treatment of latestage gastric carcinoma. [Methods] 140 cases were studied, the majority of whom were diagnosed as latestage gastric carcinoma. [Results] The general curative ratio of short-term was 89.3% （P 〈0.005）. For the long-term effect, all the patients were observed for half a year to seventeen years. 139 patients died and one patient is alive. who is still under continuous observation. [Conclusion] The photodynamic therapy is highly effective in short term, but its efficacy is not very promising in long term.
