摘要
本文主要研讨了西方学术史上第一桩对后世产生重要影响的学术自由案件,即对苏格拉底的审判及其处死。认为这一案件虽然简单表现为"求权"的政治与"求真"的学术二者之间的对抗,但实际上却蕴含了后世学术自由问题中的许多内在冲突的萌芽。
This article mainly discusses the first case of academic freedom in the western history of learning which has an impact on afterworld, namely the justice and death penalty to Socrates. This affair apparently presented the contradiction of politics and learning, but actually contained many hidden troubles in the history of academic freedom. Accordingly detecting the meaning of this case is help to clear about basic relations of contradiction in academic freedom.
