关于深化西部高校内部管理体制改革的思考

On The Deepening Reform of Interent Management System in Western Universities

随着我国高等教育宏观管理体制改革的发展,高等学校内部管理体制改革也在逐步展开。就西部高校而言,也已根据各自的办学实际进行了有益的尝试和大胆的变革,并取得了一些成效。但是,应当清醒地看到,西部高校在办学过程中依然面临着重重困难和问题,需要各级政府、社会各界以及高等学校相互协调、共同努力,切实增强高校的办学活力,办出让政府、社会和人民群众满意的大学。本文就西部高校目前存在的主要问题及原因、改革中应处理好的几个关系以及改革的重点等问题作了进一步的分析和探讨。

Along with the development of the macroscopic reform of management system on high education in our country, the college internal management organizational reform is also gradually deepened. For the western universities, everyone already acted according to the reality of schools and has carried on the beneficial attempt and the bold transformation, and has obtained some results. But we should be aware that the Western universities are still facing many difficulties and problems. They need the coordination and joint effort from all levels of govemments, all walks of life in our society as well as the college and universities in order to strengthen the universities＇ vigor and set up the universities which the government, society and people are satisfied with. This article has made the further analysis and discussion on the main problems and reasons, several relationship we should deal with well and the reform key points in the process of deepening reform of internal management system in the western universities.
