摘要
提出一套基于光电跟踪技术和激光测距技术的汽车轮廓尺寸测量系统,并论述了该系统的组成、测量原理和方法。利用步进控制技术,根据三维轮廓跟踪扫瞄原理,在汽车的长度、宽度和高度3个方向上对汽车轮廓进行跟踪扫瞄,通过计算机处理,最终获得汽车轮廓尺寸的特征参数。
To present a testing system of vehicle-body dimensions based on photoelectric following and laser measurement technology, the construction of the system, testing principle and methods are mentioned in this paper. The system is ;avail of the technology of step control and the theory of 3-D outline following scan to test the vehicle outline dimensions on the direction of vehicle's length, width and height. The characteristic parameter of the automobile outline will be acquired passing calculator of computer.
