The Cutter Design of the Valve Seat for Finish Machining

对阀座零件主要加工难点的进行了分析,设计了结构简单、使用方便、刚性好、刀尖锋利、刀尖耐用的刀具,解决了加工难点,提高了效率,保证了质量,降低了成本。

It is analysed that this thesis process mainly difficult point to the part of the valve seat. The cutter of simple structure is designed and is convenient to use. Moreover, the cutter rigidity is good and the cutter tip is durable. Using the cutter solves the difficult point of processing, raises the efficiency, ensures the quality of products and reduces the cost.
