摘要
使用ADAMS建立了滚筒洗衣机高速脱水时的参数化模型,通过该模型可以获得该型号滚筒洗衣机的任意样机。运用相对灵敏度解决了不同量纲的影响因素的比较难题,并根据需要引入权数分析了一些设计参数对某些评价量的影响程度,从而为后续设计和优化性能提供依据。
In this paper, a parametric model of drum washing machine was build in ADAMS environment, with this model user can easily generate the virtual prototype of drum washing machine, The comparison of influencing factors with different dimensions was solved by using relative sensitivity, and introduce the weights to analyze the influence of some design variable on certain evaluation, so as to provide the basis for the following design and the optimized performance.
