摘要
针对混合离散设计变量的非线性优化问题,提出了一种面向设计与制造的离散变量工程化处理方法,能简便而合理地处理工程实际中的混合离散变量的取值问题;引入两个定义,以此构造惩罚函数,简单而可靠。在此基础上,建立了一种改进的遗传算法,用来对混合离散变量非线性规划问题进行全局搜索。二级圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计实例表明,该算法普适性较好,全局搜索能力强。
To optimization of nonlinear constraint programming with hybrid diserete variables, a kind of new engineering treatment method on designing variables orientating design and manufacturing is offered, which can simply, reasonably deal with the value adopting problems of compound discrete variables in optimization design. Adopting two definitions, a new way is presented, in which, the penalty function can be found. A mixed GA is introduced on the fundamental genetic algorithm to carry out the optimization of hybrid discrete variable. The living example of engineering, optimization design of helical gear reducer, shows that this algorithm has no special requirements on the characteristics of optimization problem, it has a fairly good universal adaptability and a reliable operation of program with a strong ability of overall convergence.
