摘要
医学留学回国人员是高等医学院校人力资源中的生力军,在学校的教学、科研、管理等方面发挥着重要的作用。旨在通过对天津医科大学留学回国人员现状的分析,总结成功经验,为今后制定人才引进政策提供依据。对近5年天津医科大学引进的44名留学回国人员,采用查阅登记表、问卷调查、个别访谈等方法收集资料并进行分析。结果表明留学回国人员为学校营造了学术氛围,提高了科研起点,推动了学科建设。总结出引进人才要适度超前,又要有战略眼光,要持之以恒,防止急功近利,要实事求是地客观评价,要处理好引进人才与用好现有人才的关系,要加强对人才引进后的服务与管理等成功经验,同时提出鼓励留学回国人员发挥作用的若干建议。
