摘要
人力资源是现代企业管理的核心。提高人力资源开发与管理的水平,不仅是当前发展经济、提高市场竞争力的需要,也是企业长期兴旺发达的重要保证。文章通过对知识密集型企业与知识技术型员工在人力资源管理中的普遍性和差异性的分析,以及影响知识密集型企业与知识技术型员工在人力资源管理中的因素等分析,从人力资源管理的角度探讨了如何才能使知识技术型员工与企业共同发展,共同进步的方式与方法。
Human resource is the core of modern enterprise management. Constantly improves the level of development and management of human resource is not only the necessary of development economy and improved market competition, but also the important assurance of enterprise long - term success. The paper analyses the universality and otherness of knowledge intensive enterprises and knowledge technical employee in human resource management, and analyses the influence factor, as well as how to make knowledge technical employee and enterprise develop and progress mutually from the aspect of human resource management.
