Design and Implementation of LIMS System in Aluminium Industry

为了提高铝工业企业实验室运行效率和信息共享水平,结合铝工业企业实验室现状,系统地介绍了铝工业LIMS系统架构、功能模块、化验分析仪器数据自动采集和实时数据库接口等的设计及实现方法,阐述了LIMS部署环境和应用效果,对于铝工业企业实施实验室信息化具有一定的借鉴意义。

In order to improve operating efficiency and information sharing of aluminum industry laboratories in the enterprises, integrating with status quo of the laboratories in the aluminum industrial enterprises, design and implementation methods about aluminum industry LIMS system structure, functional modules, data gathering and real-time database interface of the chemical analysis instrument are described systematically and the LIMS application environment and effect are discussed, which provide reference for information of the aluminum industry enterprise laboratories.
