天文光学镜面加工机床控制系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对光学加工工艺的分析,并结合加工对控制系统的要求,提出采用基于CAN总线的分布式控制系统构架。在子节点上,使用ARM+CPLD的硬件平台构建单轴位置控制器,主控节点使用Windows及其实时扩展RTX作为控制软件的平台,具有很强的开放性、可扩展性。控制系统已成功地应用在2·5m光学加工机床上。 Based on analyzing the technique of mirror fabrication and its requirements to control system, the architecture of distributed control system with CAN field bus is presented. In this architecture, the slave node uses ARM and CPLD to fulfill single axis motion control. On master node, control software is constructed on Windows OS and its real time extension RTX. The system given here has many characteristics, such as high openness, expansibility and flexibility. It has been applied on 2.5 m mirror fabrication machine successfully.
