颗粒增强铝基复合材料振动切削力特性的研究

摘要 颗粒增强铝基复合材料由于其优越的性能,在许多领域有广泛应用。但是由于它是两相材料,加工性能差。文章使用PCD刀具,采用超声振动切削方式,主要考察了刀具几何参数和切削用量对三向切削力的影响规律,为该材料的加工工艺研究提供了依据。实验发现刀尖圆弧半径变化时,切削力出现拐点。切削速度超过一定值后,切削力反而减小。背吃刀量在一定范围时,背吃刀力大于主切削力。 The particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material is used in some areas just because of its superior performance. However, its machining ability is quite poor because it is a two - phase material. In this paper, some ultrasonic vibration cutting experiments with PCD cutting tool are carried out, in order to find the affecting of the geometric parameters of cutting tool and the process variables on the cutting force. Then, the research finding can provide a basis for the material processing research. The experiments result introduces us that the cutting force has minimal value as nose radius changes, its value reduces when cutting speed above a certain value, Fp is higher than Fewhen ap is less than a certain value.
