摘要
根据标准收缩齿的齿线特点与生产实际过程中加工大轮所带来的齿线误差,来分析齿轮大、小端强度及刀具磨损,用实际刀盘重新设计齿轮几何参数。通过标准收缩齿与齿根倾斜齿的比较,齿根倾斜齿不但可以均衡齿轮大、小端的强度,而且减小刀具磨损,还可以增大机床(No137、PHOENIX800G)加工范围。
Based on the characteristic principles of tooth root line of standard contraction tooth, the error root line in the machining of large gear , by the strength analysis on the two tooth end and the on the tool wear, redesign the gear geometry parameter based on the practical milling cutter . comparison of standard contraction tooth and gradient tooth root line gear, the latter can not o of tooth analysis By the balance the strength of the large end and small end of gear , but also can decrease the tool wear and enlarge the machining range
