摘要
根据ATOS三维扫描仪的扫描工作原理,提出了一种适合于ATOS扫描仪扫描的电动式5自由度扫描平台的设计方案,并对该扫描平台进行了详细的造型设计。设计完成的扫描平台上的基准盘可以沿X、Y、Z轴平移,绕Y轴摆动±75°和绕Z轴旋转360°;在ATOS扫描仪镜头不移动的情况下,实现被扫描物体在任意姿态下的扫描以及任意形状物体的扫描测量。
According to the operation principle of ATOS scanning devices, a design scheme of electric - operated 5 - DOF scanning platform was planned and structurally designed in detail. The datum plate on the completed platform can translate along X, Y, Z,tih around Y axis in ±75° and rotate around Z axis in 360°, which can realize scanning an object at arbitrary attitude without moving the lens of ATOS scanning devices.
