摘要
通过对4110飞轮壳的工艺性分析,制定出合理的飞轮壳加工工艺规程和设计了飞轮壳周边孔在一道工序钻削的典型夹具,通过更换钻模板,实现多型号飞轮壳周边孔加工。使飞轮壳加工精度得到可靠保证,节约了设备投入。
Through analysis on the process for machining the holes in the Flywheel honsing of engine 4110, the article has designed a reasonable machining process and typical fixture for drilling all the holes in periphery for Flywheel honsing of multi - types. It has realized higher machining accuracy and saved equipment investment cost.
