Harmonious and stable campus is an important component of the social harmony. Outbreak of the crisis is a serious threat not only to the college staff, but also to the safety of life and property. Besides it directly affects the college image and credibility. So, improving and upgrading continuously the school crisis prevention, management and reaction capability is the inherent demand for a harmonious society and protecting the safety of the campus, maintaining normal teaching order, and the building of a harmonious campus.
