运动员智慧生成要素与培养研究

摘要 运用文献资料法、观察法、专家访谈法,对运动员智慧生成要素及培养进行了研究。运动员智慧生成要素主要包括:态度、比赛经验、思维力、执行力和感悟力五方面。运动员智慧的培养应从正确处理理想与现实的关系、乐观向上生活态度的养成、不断提高运动员的文化素质、学会了解别人、注重经验的累积五方面切入。 By using the method of document, observation and interview of experts, this paper has studied what are the generative factors of athletes' wisdom and how to cultivate it. The generative factors of athlete' s wisdom include attitudes, the experience of match, ideation, performance, sense, etc. There are five aspects can cultivate the athletes' wisdom. First, athletes should deal with the relations of ideas and real - life properly. Secondly, have a happy attitude of life. Thirdly, improve constantly oneself culture. Fourthly, understand the others. Finally, pay attention to accumulation of experience.
