以十运会女子铅球第一名李梅菊和第四名张春景为研究对象,采用文献资料、三维摄影拍摄和三维录像解析等方法进行对比分析研究。以理论指导实践,提出准备阶段人球系统的加速下落和制动与最后发力阶段铅球提前离颈两种技术动作的改进方法;对技术动作进行新的解释,使之对技术动作的理解更清晰;以新的评定方法评定鞭打动作和超越器械动作的效果。
