Definition to the conception of PE quality in general institutions of higher learning

摘要 分析了普通高等院校体育教育现状与评价结果相悖的原因,提出了客观和全面评价普通高等院校体育教育质量必须解决的两个问题:第一,明确评价主体;第二,理清普通高等院校体育教育质量的概念。并从服务质量观的角度出发,研究了体育教育的服务属性与质量特征,提出:"普通高等院校体育教育的产品,是体育教育服务","体育教育的质量,就是体育教育服务的质量",进而对普通高等院校体育教育质量的概念进行了探索性的界定。 The authors have analyzed the contrary causes between the current situation of general institutions of higher leaming's PE education and the evaluation results. The authors have also introduced two questions which are necessary to estimate the quality of colleges' PE education objectively and entirely. These questions are: 1 )an unequivocal estimate object; 2)realizing the conception of the quality of colleges ' PE education clearly. It researches the PE education' s service property and quality specialty from the aspect of service quality idea, then introduce two conceptions: "the product of coueges, PE education are the PE education services", "PE education' s quality is the quality of PE education services". And finally, to proceed the exploring definition to the conception of general institutions of higher leaming's PE education's quality.
