淋巴结转移阴性大肠癌的临床病理特点及预后分析

Analysis of Clinicopathologic Characteristics and Prognosis of Colorectal Cancer without Lymph Node Metastasis

目的探讨常规病理检查淋巴结转移阴性(pN0)大肠癌患者的预后因素。方法回顾性分析57例pN0大肠癌患者的临床病理特点及其与预后的关系。结果淋巴结转移阴性大肠癌浸润深度较浅、很少浸透浆膜,限局型、高分化腺癌较多;术后5年生存率为83.1%。结论淋巴结转移阴性大肠癌施行根治术后预后较好,浸润深度和大体类型是其独立预后因素。

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features of patients with node-negative metastasis （pN0） colorectal cancer confirmed by routine pathologic examination（H ＆ E staining） ,and their relationship with survival. Methods The clinico-pathologic data of 57 pN0 colorectal cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively. Kaplan-Meier method was used to compare the survival rate, and Cox proportional hazard model was used to assess the independent prognosis factors for pN0 colorectal cancer. Resuits Serosa of most cases was not involved and the proportion of localized and well-differentiated adencarcinoma was higher. The 5-year survival rate was 83. 1%. Conclusion Patients with colorectal cancer without lymph node metastasis may have well prognosis since radical resection was performed. Invasive depth was the independent prognostic factor.
