摘要
采用浊点萃取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分离和测定不锈钢餐具中的溶出铬。利用六价铬和吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)间发生选择性络合被萃取到表面活性剂相中,而三价态的铬离子留在水相中,探讨了影响浊点萃取的主要因素:如pH值、APDC试剂的浓度、Triton X-114的浓度、反应温度和时间。在优化的实验条件下,检出限为0.012μg/L,富集倍数为20倍。
A method was developed for the preconcentration, separation and determination of chromium in the steeping fluid of stainless steel tableware by cloud point extraction - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. It is based on the fact that the complex formed between Cr(Ⅵ) and ammonium pyrrolidine-dithioearbamate(APDC) was extracted into the surfaetant-rich phase, whereas Cr( Ⅲ ) remained in the aqueous phase when the temperature was higher than the cloud point extraction. The main factors affecting the cloud point extraction, such as pH, concentrations of APDC and Triton X- 114, reaction temperature and time were studied. Under optimized conditions, the linear range of the calibration curve for Cr( Ⅵ ) was 0.5 - 10.0 μg/L with a detection limit of 0. 012 μg/L.
