摘要
肺部弥漫浸润性疾病的诊断与鉴别是临床工作的难点。HRCT在显示肺部微细病变方面的作用日益受到重视。本文以肺HRCT检查方法、正常解剖和基本病变为基础,就肺部弥漫浸润性疾病的HRCT表现进行综述。
