改进有机溶剂驱水干燥法制备超细α-Al_2O_3

摘要 采用改进的有机溶剂驱水干燥法对液相沉淀法制备的含水碱式碳酸铝铵进行驱水干燥。结果表明,采用该干燥方法既可以有效地去除前驱物中的水分和改善干燥前驱物的分散性,还可以简化操作流程和设备。煅烧产物经扫描电镜以及X射线衍射等检测分析表明,与普通的共沸蒸馏驱水法相比,采用改进的有机溶剂驱水干燥法所得前驱物在煅烧过程中还可以降低α-Al2O3的转晶温度和有效地防止粉体的硬团聚。 The ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide (AACH) method. The results show that this drying method could not is dealt with improved organic solvent-drive-water only effectively drive the water from the precursor and markedly improve the dispersivity of the precursor, but also simplify the operating process and equipments. The properties of the calcined product are characterized by SEM and XRD measurements, compared with the ordinary azeotropic distillation drive water method, the drying process of the precursor by using improved organic solvent-drive-water method not only decreases the phase transition temperature of α-Al2O3 in the process of calcination, but also effectively prevents the powder from forming aggregation.
